Refund Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026. This policy applies to paid enrollments confirmed with Aioptimizedservices.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for confirmed paid course seats when the request meets the timeframes and conditions below. Informational prices on this website are not invoices; only paid and confirmed enrollments are eligible.
Timeframe
Submit a refund request within 14 days of payment and at least 7 days before the cohort start date for a full refund. Requests after materials access begins may qualify only for a partial refund as described below.
Full refund conditions
A full refund is issued when (1) the request arrives within the timeframe above, (2) no live sessions have been attended, and (3) downloadable cohort packs have not been accessed beyond the orientation PDF.
Partial refund conditions
If you withdraw after the first live session but before the midpoint of the program, we may refund 40% of tuition excluding any third-party fees. After the midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Aioptimizedservices cancels the cohort.
Non-refundable items
- Third-party software licenses or exam fees purchased separately
- Custom case-pack development fees once drafting has started
- No-shows without prior written withdrawal
Refund process
Email info@aioptimizedservices.digital with subject “Refund request,” including your full name, course name, cohort dates, payment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.
Cancellation by Aioptimizedservices
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service may be reviewed case by case for expanded remedies. Consumer rights under Korean law that cannot be waived remain available.
